Throughout the series, we will explore a range of yoga practices tailored to release tension, improve mobility, and develop strength and flexibility in the neck and shoulder areas. You will learn specific techniques to prevent injuries, enhance your posture, and optimize your movement mechanics.
Our sessions will focus on the fundamental role of breath in releasing long-held tension patterns. Through cultivating optimal breathing, you will discover its transformative power in calming the mind and releasing physical tension.
