Self-Care & Resiliency for Winter Retreat by Andrea Russell

Self-Care & Resiliency for Winter Retreat

December 4-6th |  A virtual Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga retreat to help you connect with your calm coherent center during challenging times.

You will learn Ayurvedic recommendations to bolster your immune system, stay healthy, and be resilient through the winter. Practice meditation, yoga and breathwork to align with the season.

The current times we live in are difficult and uncertain. It is important to not lose yourself, as to stay grounded and aligned with what is true. We practice to release stress and tension. We practice so that we can meet whatever arises with clarity, care, and compassion.
In the best interest of collective health we are unable to retreat in person though you can join me for a virtual retreat from the comfort of your home. It has been a remarkable surprise to feel the depth of connection, community, and practice that is found online. During the retreat you will reclaim your attention and felt sense of grounding. A returning home to yourself.
Maybe you feel depleted and worn down?
Maybe you feel anxious and worried?
Perhaps you want to bolster your immune system for the season ahead?
Or maybe you need a reset to restore your body, mind, and heart?

This year has taught us that life is uncertain and we do not know what may unfold in the next week, month, or year. We practice so that we can meet whatever arises with clarity, care, and compassion.
There is no need to run yourself ragged with worry or be in a perpetual state of waiting until we return to ‘normal’ to live your life. Even in the current state of affairs you can feel connected to your true self. Everyone has the capacity to reset, restore, and heal…including you.

By coming on retreat you will learn skills and tools that you can use far beyond our weekend together. You can attend live or watch the replays. You will have access to the retreat replay videos for two weeks.

“This was a weekend to completely unplug from your daily life and focus on self-care and mindfulness, while creating community with like-minded people. Andrea is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had in 12 years of yoga practice and is an excellent retreat leader.”
"Andrea is a great teacher because she creates an atmosphere in which everyone is included; movement includes a range of difficulty or "challenge," as she says. I never feel too old, too inexperienced, too anything to practice in her classes. Andrea's alignment yoga is accessible for all levels of practice."
"Andrea’s personal warmth and deep well of knowledge about the body combine to create a yoga practice space that feels safe, supportive, exploratory, and fun. I always leave her classes feeling stronger, more grounded, and wonderfully energized."
