Join me for a 2.5 hour workshop dedicated to helping you feel more calm and grounded. You will learn the tools needed to navigate the weeks and months ahead from your calm coherent center.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This workshop is for you if:
  • You want to discover how to de-stress your mind and body
  • You want to understand how to better regulate your nervous system
  • You want to learn simple routines, foods, and herbs to calm your mind and improve your sleep
  • You want to practice meditation and yoga to calm your body, mind, and heart

This workshop gives you the chance to:
  • Slow down and restore your nervous system and senses.
  • Practice meditation, yoga, somatic, restorative, and breath practices from the safety of your home.
  • Release accumulated tension and stress.
  • Gather your attention and calm your mind. 
  • Learn ancient wisdom applied to modern life to lessen anxiety and improve your sleep
  • Learn Ayurvedic tools to feel more grounded and calm.

Understanding how to stay grounded and calm during this time is an important skill. You will learn tips to guide you through the weeks and months to come from your calm coherent center. 

THE SCHEDULE

The workshop will begin with a talk rooted in western science and Ayurveda to give you tips for how to nourish your nervous system through awareness, lifestyle routines, foods, and herb remedies.

Then we will shift to 75 minute embodied practice. Exploring  breathwork, yoga, and somatic practices designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and integrated.
