6-Week Series

Are you interested in beginning a yoga practice?  Have you been away from your mat and are interested in going back to the basics? Do you have injuries or health concerns in which you desire a safe and step-by-step approach?
 
The introduction to yoga 6-week virtual series is a wonderful way to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice while allowing you to develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, and a calmer mind. When you sign up you receive immediate access to six one hour yoga practices that you can practice along with at your own pace.

You will learn the fundamental yoga postures as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Each week we go step-by-step progressively building your practice from the ground up. You will learn how to begin your own home practice so that whether you have 15 minutes or an hour you can design a practice to fit your needs. Completing the 6-week series will give you the skills and confidence to drop-in to any all levels yoga classes.

I’m an Āyurvedic health practitioner, yoga therapist, and meditation teacher living in Madison, Wisconsin. If I could convince you of only one thing, it’s this: that there’s a path to transform suffering—of feeling unwell, anxious, or like you’re spread too thin. here are tools that can help you heal, get back to yourself, and remember what is meaningful, and live in alignment.
